Capri: Clear Rezzonico Murano Glass Lighting
Capri celebrates one of the most elaborate traditions of Venetian decorative lighting: the Rezzonico chandelier.
Its complex structure is executed entirely in clear Murano glass, allowing form and craftsmanship to provide the ornament while transparency prevents the composition from becoming visually heavy.
The chandelier version features four lights within an impressive 110 cm-high by 110 cm-diameter composition. A three-light table-lamp interpretation is also available at 80 cm high and 65 cm in diameter.
Ornament Without Heavy Colour
Clear glass gives Capri a distinctive balance.
Its elaborate structure has the presence expected of Rezzonico-inspired lighting, yet the absence of a dominant colour allows light, reflections and the surrounding architecture to remain visible through it.
During daylight hours, the numerous transparent elements capture highlights from the room. When illuminated, those same surfaces multiply the effect of the light and reveal the complexity of the composition more clearly.
Chandelier or Statement Table Lamp
The chandelier is intended for spaces capable of accommodating its considerable 110 cm proportions, where it can function as a central architectural feature.
The table-lamp version translates the same decorative language into an unusual freestanding format. At 80 cm high, it remains a substantial object rather than a conventional small lamp, making it particularly suited to interiors where lighting itself forms part of the decorative collection.
Each Capri piece is handcrafted in Murano, where the many individual glass elements must come together as one balanced composition.
Capri demonstrates why transparent Murano glass can be as dramatic as colour: complexity, reflection and light provide all the decoration the piece needs.
